Community Guidelines

Relationship to the Terms

These Guidelines are part of the rules that apply to your use of the Services. They supplement the Voron Labs Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Guidelines and the Terms conflict, the Terms control unless we clearly say otherwise.

"Community features" means posts, replies, quoted posts, likes, reports, usernames, display names, profile pictures, bios, shared links, notifications, and other public or semi-public social areas operated by Voron Labs.

Who can use community features

Moti itself may be used by younger users with appropriate support, but community posting, replies, and similar social features are intended only for users who are at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires a higher age.

If we reasonably believe an account is too young for community features, unsafe to keep in community areas, or being used in a way that risks other users, we may restrict community access.

How to treat people

Community features should be used with basic respect. You may disagree, joke, vent, ask for support, or describe hard situations, but you must not use the Services to harass, threaten, shame, target, stalk, exploit, or repeatedly bother another person.

You must not post hate, dehumanizing language, slurs, or attacks based on protected or sensitive traits such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or similar characteristics.

Safety and crisis content

You may talk honestly about burnout, stress, loneliness, or difficult days. However, you must not encourage, instruct, pressure, praise, romanticize, or coordinate self-harm, suicide, eating disorder behavior, violence, abuse, or dangerous actions.

Moti is not an emergency service, medical care, therapy, crisis support, or a replacement for qualified help. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or trusted real-world support.

Privacy and personal information

Do not post private information about another person without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, school details, private messages, location details, medical details, account details, or identifying information that could expose someone to harm.

You should also be careful with your own personal information. Community posts and profile details may be visible to other users.

Profiles, names, and impersonation

Display names, usernames, profile pictures, bios, and other profile fields must follow these Guidelines. They must not include harassment, hate, explicit sexual content, scams, private information, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights.

Do not pretend to be Voron Labs, Moti, staff, another user, a public figure, a school, a company, or any other person or entity unless you are authorized to do so.

Spam, scams, and manipulation

You must not use community features for spam, phishing, scams, malware, fake giveaways, fake support, coordinated manipulation, artificial engagement, mass posting, or attempts to bypass rate limits or moderation systems.

Links may be limited, hidden, or removed if we believe they are unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the purpose of the community.

Illegal, sexual, and harmful content

You must not post illegal content, instructions for wrongdoing, malware, stolen data, threats, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or content that sexualizes minors.

Adult sexual content, graphic violence, and shock content may be removed or restricted even if it is not illegal, because Moti is designed to be a calmer support space.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, hide, remove, limit, label, or preserve content where we reasonably believe it violates these Guidelines, the Terms, the law, user safety, or service security. We may also restrict posting, remove profile fields, revoke invite access, suspend accounts, ban accounts, block abusive access, or take other protective action.

We do not promise to review all content before it appears, to catch every violation, or to explain every moderation decision in detail. We may use a mix of manual review, user reports, automated tools, and service logs.

Reports and appeals

If you see content or behavior that may violate these Guidelines, use available reporting tools or contact support@voronlabs.com.

If your content or account was restricted and you believe we made a mistake, you may contact support. Include the account email, username, relevant content, and why you think the decision should be reviewed.

Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to make it visible in the product or on this page. Continued use of community features after an update means you accept the updated Guidelines.
