Definitions

In these Terms, "Voron Labs," "we," "us," and "our" mean Voron Labs, UD. "Services" means any website, application, account system, subscription, AI feature, community feature, or other product or service made available by Voron Labs. "Moti" means the current Voron Labs supportive check-in web app and related features; it is not a device or hardware product. "Voron +" means the current base paid membership offered by Voron Labs. "Voron Pro" means the current higher paid membership offered by Voron Labs. "User Content" means any content submitted, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or otherwise provided by a user. "User," "you," and "your" mean the person accessing or using the Services.

Operator and contact

Voron Labs, UD is based in Sweden and operates as an UngDrive company. Its company form is UD / UngDrive, and it is not a limited company. Voron Labs, UD does not charge VAT/moms on its prices.

Patrick paper is the public online alias used by the founder and current CEO of Voron Labs.

Identity, naming, and affiliation

Voron Labs means Voron Labs, UD, the UngDrive operator of the Services. Mentions of Voron Labs in the Services refer to this project and operator unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

For clarity, references to Voron Labs on the Services should not be confused with any company, website, project, organization, product, or community using a similar name. Voron Labs, UD is not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or officially connected to any similarly named third party unless Voron Labs, UD explicitly states otherwise in writing.

Access, accounts, and eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must provide an email address that you can access so that account, billing, and security notices can be delivered to you.

Moti itself may be used by younger users with support from a parent or guardian. Younger users should avoid sharing private sensitive details in chats, memories, feedback, or community areas. Community posting, replies, and similar social features are available only to users who are at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires a higher age.

If you are not legally able to enter into a paid agreement on your own, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a paid subscription.

Services, beta status, and AI limitations

The Services may include account features, Moti, AI chat and session features, check-ins, saved memories, personalized tip recommendations, statistics, community features, feedback tools, subscriptions, and related functionality. We reserve the right to add, modify, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time.

The Services, including Moti, are currently provided in beta. The Services may change, contain errors, be interrupted, be restricted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available.

VOR-1 and VOR-2 are Voron's AI models. The VOR AI models are powered by DeepSeek and may also use other infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Services.

When you use AI features, we may send the content needed for that specific AI request to AI providers. This may include your latest message, selected recent chat history, session answers, saved context, images, model choice, and related settings. AI providers do not automatically receive every stored Moti conversation or memory by default.

Some AI providers, including OpenRouter, may route an AI request to an underlying model provider selected for that request. That routed provider may also process the request content needed to generate the AI output.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. AI output does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating any AI output before relying on it.

Moti tips may be personalized using check-ins, selected tips, recently shown tips, issue area, time of day, and later mood, energy, or burnout changes. Personalized tips are supportive product suggestions only and are not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.

No medical or emergency service

Neither Voron Labs nor Moti provides medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or emergency services. Moti is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, school counselor, emergency service, or other qualified professional.

If you require medical advice, you should contact a doctor or qualified health professional. If you may be in danger or require urgent assistance, contact local emergency services immediately.

User content and community rules

You retain ownership of User Content, including messages, posts, replies, feedback, images, profile content, and other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, and use such User Content as necessary to operate, provide, protect, and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

Users of community posts, replies, reply threads, likes, hashtags, usernames, or profile features must use those features responsibly. It is strictly prohibited to post harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, encouragement of self-harm, illegal content, spam, scams, malware, private information about others, or content that impersonates any person or entity.

Use of community features is also subject to the Community Guidelines, which form part of the rules that apply to your use of those features.

We may remove User Content, hide replies, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke invite access, or take other action where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or protect the Services.

Acceptable use

We may impose limits on messages, image uploads, AI usage, community activity, or other features to maintain service stability, prevent abuse, and manage operating costs. Free and paid plans may be subject to different limits. Paid subscriptions may still be subject to temporary rate limits, cooldowns, or other fair-use measures if usage is unusually heavy or risks affecting the Services or our operating costs.

You must not attempt to bypass limits, attack the Services, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected parts of the Services, upload malware, abuse APIs, create fake accounts, or use the Services for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions and payments

Voron + is the current base paid subscription for our applications. Voron Pro is the current higher paid subscription. Additional paid plans may be added later. Payments are handled through Stripe and take place in SEK. Prices are shown without VAT/moms because Voron Labs, UD does not charge VAT/moms.

The current standard prices are: Voron + monthly costs 49 SEK per month, Voron + yearly costs 469 SEK per year, Voron Pro monthly costs 99 SEK per month, and Voron Pro yearly costs 890 SEK per year.

SEK is the billing currency for Voron + and Voron Pro. Any prices shown in USD, EUR, GBP, or other currencies are approximate estimates for convenience only. Estimated currency conversions may not be accurate at all times and may differ from rates, fees, or final charges used by banks, card providers, Stripe, or other payment services.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing may be managed or cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access may remain active until the current paid period ends, but cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for payments already made unless required by law or separately stated by us.

Coupons, free access codes, plan features, and pricing may be changed, restricted, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

Privacy, cookies, ads, and third-party services

Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, analytics, ads, and consent choices. We may show ads, including Google AdSense ads, where permitted by applicable law and consent settings.

We rely on third-party service providers to operate the Services. These may include Supabase for backend services, Stripe for payments, Google AdSense for ads, Resend or other email providers for transactional, account, support, security, and admin-sent emails, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Pollinations, Google Gemini, routed model providers, and other AI providers for AI features, jsDelivr or similar content delivery networks for client-side libraries, Google Fonts, Unsplash, or similar providers for public visual assets, currency-rate providers for estimated currency conversion, and hosting or security providers. Those providers' own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Third-party providers receive the information needed for their role, such as account and app data for backend services, billing data for payment services, email addresses and email content for email delivery, ad and consent data for advertising services, AI-request content for AI providers and routed model providers, technical request data for content delivery networks, fonts, images, and currency-rate services, and technical logs for hosting and security services.

Deletion requests

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting support@voronlabs.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute reasons.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the names Voron Labs, Moti, Voron +, VOR-1, VOR-2, logos, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, software, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, modify, distribute, or misuse them except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe these Terms were broken, the Services are being abused, or action is needed to protect users, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimers, liability, and governing law

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice in the product or on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
