How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide accounts, login, Moti sessions, chat, memories, check-ins, stats, and community features.
- Personalize Moti so it can remember useful context, recommend more relevant session tips, avoid repeating the same suggestions, and respond more helpfully.
- Operate AI features, including VOR model experiences and image understanding.
- Moderate community features, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Process premium subscriptions and show subscription status.
- Send important account, support, password, and product emails.
- Understand usage, improve the Services, fix bugs, and develop future features.
- Show ads or measure ads where permitted by consent settings and applicable law.
AI processing
Moti uses AI to answer messages, summarize context, generate stats overviews, understand uploaded images, and decide when a memory may be useful. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation.
Moti does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or emergency services. If you need medical advice, contact a qualified health professional. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
We may send your relevant messages, context, memories, images, and settings to AI service providers so those features can operate. Current or planned providers may include DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, or similar infrastructure providers.
AI providers do not automatically receive every stored Moti conversation or memory. They receive the content included in a specific AI request, which may include your latest message, selected recent chat history, session answers, saved context, images, model choice, and related settings when needed to generate a reply or AI feature.
Some AI providers, including OpenRouter, may act as routers and send an AI request to an underlying model provider selected for that request. In those cases, the routed model provider may also process the request content needed to generate the AI output.
Personalized Moti tips
Moti may use your check-ins, selected tips, skipped or recently shown tips, time of day, Moti setup answers, active issue area, and later mood, energy, or burnout changes to choose future tip options. This helps Moti vary suggestions and make them more relevant to what tends to help you over time.
Tip personalization is designed to support the Moti experience. It is not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and it should not be treated as a diagnosis or treatment plan.
Community content
Community posts, replies, hashtags, likes, and usernames may be visible to other users. Do not post private information that you do not want other users to access.
Moti may create notifications when another user interacts with your community activity, such as liking a post or reply, replying to a post or comment, or quoting a post. These notifications may include the acting user's display name, username, profile picture, the action taken, the related post or reply, and whether the notification has been read.
Moti itself may be used by all ages, but the community feature is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 should not use community posting or replies.
Children and younger users
Moti is designed to be accessible, but younger users should use it with support from a parent or guardian. Younger users should avoid sharing private sensitive details in chats, memories, feedback, or community areas.
If you believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact support@voronlabs.com.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember settings, measure visits, prevent abuse, and support advertising. Ads may be served or measured by Google AdSense. In some regions, Google or Voron Labs may show a consent message before ads or analytics run.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Some features may not work correctly if cookies or local storage are blocked.
Payments and subscriptions
Voron + and Voron Pro payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, invoices, fraud signals, billing currency, plan choice, and subscription events according to its own privacy practices.
The current standard prices are: Voron + monthly costs 49 SEK per month, Voron + yearly costs 469 SEK per year, Voron Pro monthly costs 99 SEK per month, and Voron Pro yearly costs 890 SEK per year. Payments take place in SEK. Any prices shown in USD, EUR, GBP, or other currencies are approximate estimates for convenience only and may differ from rates, fees, or final charges used by banks, card providers, Stripe, or other payment services.
Younger users who cannot legally enter a paid agreement on their own need parent or legal guardian permission before purchasing a paid subscription.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the Services. These may include:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services.
- Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing portals, and invoices.
- Resend or similar email providers for transactional, account, support, security, and admin-sent emails.
- Google AdSense for advertising and ad measurement.

- Google Fonts, Unsplash, or similar providers for fonts, images, and public visual assets.
- Frankfurter, ExchangeRate-API, or similar providers for approximate currency conversion.
- Hosting, analytics, security, and development tools needed to run the websites and apps.
Each provider receives the information needed for its role. For example, Supabase may process account, authentication, database, storage, security, and app data; Stripe may process billing, subscription, payment, invoice, fraud-prevention, and customer portal data; Resend may process recipient email addresses, email subjects and bodies, verification or reset links, optional attachments, delivery identifiers, and delivery status; Google AdSense may process advertising, consent, device, and measurement data; AI providers and routed model providers may process AI-request content; content delivery, font, image, and currency-rate providers may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser or device data, requested resource, and timestamps when those resources load; and hosting or security providers may process technical logs needed to keep the Services working and protected.

This may include providing the service you requested, consent where applicable, legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention, and product improvement, and legal obligations such as billing, tax, and payment records.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or improve the product. You can ask us to delete your account or personal data by contacting support. Some records may need to be kept for legal, billing, security, or backup reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict how your personal information is used. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, email support@voronlabs.com.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so you should use care when deciding what to share.
